Dr Rone-Marie Keet

Dr Keet is the Dean: Academic and an executive member of the IIE Rosebank College
management team. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Leadership,
a Masters degree in Education CM.Ed), a Postgraduate Diploma in Tertiary Education, a
Bachelors degree in Industrial Psychology and Organisational Development and several
professional certifications and memberships.

Dr Keet is a published author and her research and postgraduate supervision focuses on
Educational Leadership with a specific emphasis on Continuous Professional Development
and Andragogy.

Dr Keet has extensive operational, project and strategic leadership experience in the
Corporate, Financial Services, Further Education and Training, and Higher Education sectors
in various positions. Dr Keet has been serving on several Higher Education transformation
projects and has been involved in the establishment of organisational learning structures
and programmes in the Corporate and Further Education and Training sectors.
